Meet Taralee
About Me
I’m Taralee Eddington, a Marriage Crisis Coach and founder of Peaceful Heart Journey. I help couples in crisis rebuild trust, emotional safety, and connection. Even when things feel impossible.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve immersed myself in understanding human behavior, conflict, and the power of emotional awareness. My work combines insights from relationship psychology, communication science, and life coaching to help couples move from chaos to calm and rediscover peace in their relationship.
I hold certifications in Marriage, Family, and Human Relations from BYU–Idaho and Coach Tools Certification from The Life Coach School. I’m also pursuing a degree in Marriage and Family Studies with plans to continue into graduate work as a therapist this next year. My education and professional training—along with years of coaching individuals and couples—allow me to offer both practical tools and deep empathy for those navigating relationship challenges.
I believe lasting change begins with one person deciding to show up differently. Whether you’re rebuilding after betrayal, feeling emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to communicate without conflict, there is hope. My coaching process combines mindset transformation and emotional skill-building to help you create safety, rebuild trust, and reconnect with compassion.
Through my programs, courses, and The FOCUS Podcast with Taralee, I guide couples to transform their relationships from reactive to resilient. Because when you focus on healing, peace, and connection—love has room to grow again.
